Inspired by the translucent handheld consoles we grew up with, the Lume Edition wraps Smurve80 in a semi-translucent case with a frosted finish. You can just make out the components inside, softly blurred like looking through mist. Turn on the RGB and a gentle glow spills out from beneath the keycaps, giving the board a soft, hazy light.

Smurve80 is the first mass-produced mechanical keyboard to feature a genuine curved injection-molded plastic case, purpose-built for MX-style switches.

Inspired by the iconic IBM Model M, Smurve80 is not a replica, but a contemporary reinterpretation that brings classic curved design into the modern mechanical keyboard landscape.

It blends retro-inspired form, ergonomic comfort, and modern usability, and features a built-in solenoid typewriter-like sound module that adds distinctive rhythm and character beyond conventional flat keyboards.

Smurve80's curve is not merely a visual element—it defines the entire typing experience.

The sculpted surface follows a gentle arc that naturally aligns with the hands, helping reduce strain during long typing sessions.

It is a curve you recognize instinctively, much like a smile—subtle, but immediately felt.

Please Note:

HMX Akari is a switch made by HMX for Smurve80. It is based on the HMX Snowflake switch, with a clean light diffuser without the snowflake engraving, and named by Play Keyboard.

Due to PCB routing constraints, the ANSI 6.25u and 7u bottom row layouts require different PCB versions and are not interchangeable. Please select the desired layout at the time of purchase.

Fully Assembled Version ( 1-year Warranty )

• The fully assembled version is intended to be used as delivered. Opening or disassembling the case will void the warranty.

• Manufacturing defects, electronic failures, or issues unrelated to user handling are covered under the standard warranty during the warranty period.
