1. The artisan keycaps are all made of epoxy resin (layered glue) + manual polishing.
2. Most styles are free from bubbles or scratches, though there may be some traces of handwork. Hand-polished marks and minor flaws are considered normal.
3. We cannot guarantee that each piece will be exactly the same with minimal differences (including, but not limited to, color and size), and such variations are not grounds for returns or exchanges due to quality concerns.
4. To fellow perfectionists: please buy with caution.
Compatibility
1. The artisan keycaps are compatible with cross-type switches.
2. If you encounter any difficulties installing the keycap on the switches, you can try soaking the keycap in hot water between 60-70 degrees Celsius for approximately 15 seconds to soften it and reshape it to fit onto the switches. Alternatively, you can use a hair dryer to apply hot air to the bottom part of the keycap for about 15 seconds to soften it.

Installation Precaution
Please avoid forcefully installing individual keycaps that are of inappropriate size onto the switches and refrain from using harsh tools to open the cross socket of the keycap to prevent unnecessary damages.
